Na ugrijani margarin stavite brasno, izmjesajte i odmah zalijte mljekom, pa kuhajte da dobjete glatki gusti umak. U ohladzeni umak dodavajte postepeno jedno po jedno zumanjce, zatim papar, vegetu, parmezan i sitno kosani spinat.

PRIPREMA:
U posudu otopiti 30g zelatina u 1 decilitar vode.U drugoj posudi skuvajte 600g secera sa 2 deci vode.Skuvan sirup sipati u rastopljeni zelatin i neprestano mutiti mikserom(15minuta).Kada je masa pobelela dodati malo ekstrata od banane,pa izliti u podmazan pleh i preliti glazurom od cokolade(100g).PRIJATNO!

Hleb iseci na tanke snite,premazati kecapom,staviti kackavalj na jednu krisku i preklopiti drugom.Sendvic vezati koncem da se ne razdvaja.Od jaja,brasna i mleka napraviti masu kao za palacinke.U nju umakato hleb i peci na vreloj masnoci.Pre sluzenja skloniti konce.
